Amy has 17 years experience in business, marketing and cross-cultural communication.
She started in telesales in London before joining Isis
Research a market research agency (now
Synovate
Healthcare), relocating to Beijing to set up their operations in China.
In 1995, Amy joined
Chindex,
inspired by the idea of working with pioneers in
providing international standards of healthcare to the
Chinese.
In 1997, Amy moved to Zeneca Pharmaceuticals in China, responsible for
local marketing of pre-launch products. |
AstraZeneca
formed through merger in 1999. Amy transferred to global
headquarters in UK working as an internal consultant to standardise marketing communications
and create a new company culture. She designed and delivered
training programmes in Europe and Asia-Pacific, addressing
the challenges of organisational behaviour and change management.
Amy set up her practice as a professional life coach in 2004.
Between 2008 -
2010, Amy also worked as an Employee Counsellor for
Shell
International in Amsterdam.
